HORRIBLE communications had stitches and was told to come back in a week to remove no need for appointment. came back said walk ins were about an hour 1 hour and 45 minutes later was told were were next then they took two other patients and we were still sitting. should not have had to wait that long for a simple procedure, and should have been told at the first visit to make an appointment. be using a different organization if the need ever arises
