Terrible experience. I mean I have never had customer service from anybody ever like I had with this staff. As a POC we are use to physicians not believing us when we say something is wrong with us. Not only was my friends concerns not taken seriously, But we were asked to “stop talking” while waiting for nurses to return to the room. We immediately left this location after such disrespect and went to CHRIST who helped us in less than 30 minutes as well as scheduling my friend for a follow up with her doctor.
