Every office has good things as bad things, just like people. The good out weighs the bad at this office-- Tracy Mulder is THE BEST there is. She sees me and my two little ones. She is kind, patient, inelegant, listens to what you have to say/concerns and is the best with kids. She goes above and beyond for her patients-- calls after hours on her own time, not getting paid or told to, she just cares about her patients. I would go anywhere she goes if she ever did leave.
Called to make an appointment at 4:40pm on a Tuesday was told they have already shut things down for the day and it would be helpful to them if I just called back the next day after 9am. I asked what time they were open until on Tuesdays and was told 5PM. I politely told the person on the phone that it was 20min until 5PM and she said "thank you" and hung up. Is that how you treat patients of your office? I guess their hours of operation are subject to the staffs willingness to working them.
