The staff are EXTREMELY RUDE and will hang up on you mid-conversation. In March I initiated the switch from Corewell Health to a provider at this office due to an insurance change. I was scheduled for a New Patient OV in July. The scheduling center called to reschedule this visit 2 weeks prior to it, and told me I now couldn’t be seen until September. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worst enemy. Started out by seeing Bruce Foster, an older doctor who apparently does not work at this location anymore. Have complained about sinus issues/breathing issues for as long as I can remember, have always been told to take allergy medication and that’s all. One trip to the ENT and was told I have a deviated septum that would require surgery to fix, and no amount of allergy medication would have ever helped. If I could leave a big fat 0 I would. You people are EVIL!!! They REFUSE to see my 90 yr. old mother, because she cannot wear a mask!!! She needs her meds renewed, and they REFUSE to renew without her being seen. So "christian' of them!! They "pray" before every meeting per that hag El Presidente Kristen Brown. The "lovely" "nurses" Kerry and Pat are just as EVIL!!! >:( >:(
