I was so very impressed with this facility! All of the people we cane in contact were super sweet and very efficient. They were not very busy which was a major plus. If services are needed again I will definitely use this location
Very knowledgeable staff. Dr Haynes is an incredible resource of knowledge and an excellent confident physician. Highly recommend him and his staff for all your families needs as he has been a great help to mine.
The urgent care here, The Lab, The Physical Therapy are all in good shape. I'm really worried about the future trajectory of this clinic given the recent shakeup in Family Care. I gave 5 stars to the urgent care side of things because they have never failed to treat an issue. I'm giving five stars to reflect the Lab and Physical therapy here. Family Care appears back to regular staffing levels to MD's and one DO and a few LPNs. It's very hard to get quality care in primary Care no matter whether it's Corewell or Mercy. It's ... read more

Dr Tree-Levasseur and the medical assistants fought like heck for a PA on weight loss and liver meds. My liver abnormalities disappeared! She's great! Pretty comprehensive medical care center. Walk in's at the urgent care are taken within the half-hour. There is also primary medical here too which is a good place find a family doctor. People upset over wait times do not understand how much effort they put into each patient it is hard to run a facility like this.
