Nothing short of the best service, personalized healthcare, and medical professionals I’ve ever experienced. I got my shoulder repaired in May of this year (2024), and I’m on track for full recovery during the timeframe given to me by Dr. Chen. Beyond thankful to have my quality of life greatly improved by everyone involved!
I was hoping this office would provide a survey after my treatment so I would not have to post here. I was disappointed with the environment for physical therapy. Seemed like the providers were more interested in joking around and talking with each other than paying attention to the patients. Very professional and friendly
If you expect to matter as a patient. DO NOT GO HERE. If you expect your appointments to be scheduled at the correct location, this is not the place. To have a response to concerns within a timely manner. AND Not only when you call 8 days later and inquire why NO PHONE CALL. So in short go somewhere else for orthopedic doctor's in General. I haven't had all of them but 2 are enough
