I've literally been sitting in a room for an hour and a half with my daughter who has a fever, waiting for test results that take 15-30 minutes, listening to the staff at their desks laughing and talking about vacations. What is happening? Wouldn't the better more caring way to treat a patient be to check on the 11 year old or give us a time frame knowing this kid just wants help and to go home. Second time in a year I've brought my kid here and received lazy uncaring help from the staff. Very disappointed

Went in for a possible miscarriage, I was really nervous going in as I’m not from around here but everyone was really nice. My nurse was really sweet and funny and she definitely made me feel better despite the situation. My doctor was really kind and professional. Great staff <3

The secretary in front is very rude and it took me yelling to the back to have someone help my 10 year old daughter that has been having problems breathing.

The nurses and doctors were phenomenal. Yes, it is a stand alone emergency room, and I had to be transferred to a different hospital hospital to be admitted, but I knew this going in. For stitches, fractures, anything that doesn't require you to be admitted, I highly recommend them. An hour to get stitches here vs waiting 3 to 4 hours at a full hospital.
