Every time I go here there is no one there.
Pathology Labs inside Dr. Jawadi's office has lost me as a patient as of 7:20 am this morning. Rude lab tech. They have also billed my insurance incorrectly several times by submitting my husband's name as the patient.
I have had several labs drawn here. I have never had a long wait or felt uncomfortable when having labs drawn. I am a moderately difficult stick, with sm deep veins.
Horrible customer service. Rude attitudes. Mercy should shut this place down
