I believe they do all they can and Dr. Hefzy seems as interested in resolving my pain issues as possible and the staff were all very helpful. I was sent to Cleveland clinic and could not get further help. Nerves are a Pain.Â
Staff in office very very rude on several occasions i experienced rudeness from staff. This dr also was very unhelpful. I gave this office not one chance but 2 experienced same result both times. I will never ever go to this place againÂ

I am in my eighties. I have never had drug abuse problems. I have severe spinal stenosis at several levels of the spine. I also have been dealing with a rt knee replacement where the prosthesis has separated from the tibia. I cannot find a local doctor I can trust to do the revision who is on my insurance. I am caring for my husband in our home who is on hospice. I'm having a terrible time doing necessary tasks because of the pain.
