I was turned away due to them being ”at capacity” for the day, despite them still being open. Sickness doesn’t go on vacation due to their lack of planning. The severest part of COVID is over, and there is no excuse for this. Do better. I’d have given one star but I *have* had some positive interactions before, so that felt a little too vindictive.
I've had nothing but excellent experiences with the CNP & PA's. They are kind and competent.

The wait was long when I went on a Sunday, but it was worth it. I saw dr. Patel and he was excellent! He quickly diagnosed my problem, prescribed meds to me and gave me some info on exercises i could do to alleviate symptoms. He was super thorough and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. Even though I know he was slammed (I think he was the only doctor working on a Sunday) he made sure all my concerns were answered and delivered great care. Better than most primary care physicians that I’ve had! Thank you!
