The office staff and doctors did a great job. Here are a summary of the issues that I have. Expect at least 20-30 minutes to talk to a person when calling the office number. The doctors office needed to get a request for approval for surgery from the insurance company. The process is a nightmare and I have spend over 30 hours dealing with them and insurance company and still may not be resolved.
