My husband and myself have been to Mercy a number of times for health care and on emergency situations over the last 11 years. We have NEVER experienced one rude staff member or inefficient doctor or nurse practitioner. In all the 11 years we have been going for test, treatments, and surgery, we have had the Best care from kind and caring staff and doctors. We have much respect and praise for Mercy. Thank you all so much for extraordinary care.
I wouldn't take a dog to this place. Rude, nasty people. Last time I went there, I left and went to University Hospital in Elyria. Had to comment after their latest mistreatment of the family who had a stillbirth. Shut this place down.
The average IQ at Mercy in Lorain is probably a -40!!!! That goes for ALL EMPLOYEES! I wouldn't take my dog here! If I was dying and I was 2 minutes away from Mercy, I'D MAKE SOMEONE DRIVE ME TO CLEVELAND CLINIC MAIN CAMPUS!!!!!!!! I've never witnessed such poor staff in all my life.
This is not a medical facility that I would ever go to again. Rude employees (Veteran employee, Lori Black for one) that lack the education and integrity of being in the medical profession. I would strongly recommend a more established hospital like the Cleveland Clinic or the University Hospitals.
