WARNING: Be careful with the process of getting a routine annual checkup here. I went in for a routine annual checkup and found out months later my appointment was coded as more than an annual checkup. I was asked towards the end of our appointment if "anything else was going on". I mentioned a couple items that we spent 2 minutes discussing and then without my consent or knowledge, I get an unexpected bill months later.
