I had a terrible experience with “Brenda” at Trinity Whitehall Lab—not once, but twice! The first time, I could tell something was off because her hands were shaking, almost like she had tremors. She tried to draw my blood and poked me three or four times without success. After failing repeatedly, she threw her hands up and said, “Ugh! I give up!” Another staff member had to step in and got it done quickly. Love this lab. Everyone is always so nice & polite. Been going there for years. Most the time l barely feel a poke. Keep up the great work.

I’m shocked at how unprofessional the behavior of the staff is at this lab. They allowed a stranger to stand over me and comment on my arms, which were bruised from multiple blood draws, while the phlebotomist was working. When one phlebotomist was not able to draw blood, she called another who then proceeded to ask me if I was a “problem child.“ What?! Coupled with zero management of the waiting area (people talking loudly on speakerphone within sight and earshot of the receptionist) this was a terrible experience.
