I was very pleased with the care I received. The NP (Ethan) listened carefully to my concerns, asked appropriate questions, and my medical history was carefully taken into account when treatment options were prescribed. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive shortly after opening on Monday and to be on my way home in about an hour.
This walk in clinic (located in the giant building in the back) has saved me multiple times. Not only do they get you in fast, but they actually CARE. I have been here for everything from sinusitis to getting orthopedic x-rays of my prior injury. I was seen within 5 minutes to get an x-ray without an appointment. The fact that this place runs the way it does without getting the credit it deserves is WILD. 10/10 will go here for absolutely everything, thank you for existing. Have been here several times alone and/or with my child for strep, flu, etc. and received great care within an hour. This is my go to location for sickness care.
Knowing the hospitals were short of beds/staff and the ers were backed up with flu and Covid patients we decided to take my 93 year old mother there with a possible bladder infection or uti. Never made it past the check in desk. Someone called down and said they would not see her because there was nothing they could do for her and she needed to go to the emergency room. I went in with pain like the shingles and the PA on duty did an EKG and said I was having a Stemi called ambulance and took me to ER. They had no idea why she thought stemi. No signs of one. Very disappointing visit to walk-in clinic. Won't ever go back there.
