After moving up here from Texas I was amazed at how much better the Medical care is... St. Joe's is a typical "bs" county hospital but this facility is awesome 🤗

I was so happy when this place came to our area, but I won't be going back. One screw up after another at their lab department, and I'm the third person I know of that had this experience. Mishandling and contaminating lab specimens are not acceptable! Who's running this lab?

do not go here unless you have hours to waste. they didn’t even unlock their doors until 8:05 AM. i was the first person there and it took 15 more minutes to register. then karen tells me they cannot do all my labs at this building but i could wait 30 more minutes for them to do 1 of the orders. again, i was the first person there. do not use this facility they are rude and useless.

I had to edit my review. I initially gave them a five star rating because of how fast and great the service was. It's since gotten considerably worse. The imaging services are great, no question. You can get in and out, but the lab services are not good. In the past four months, they have lost one of my samples. It was fecal, where'd it go? No one knows and no one has seen the results. They've sent my lab results to the wrong doctor once, which led to a two week delay in my doctor seeing the results. And just recently they f... read more
