This team is awesome ! They get you back as quickly as they can even though they are juggling a million things in between patients, that's part of the job we don't know about. They are efficient and friendly. They are overrun from Trumbull closing, so the only options are St Joes and them. There are so many people I hear complaining in the waiting room or using profanity with the girls and that's just not right. Phone number titled "Radiology and Labs" leads only to radiology, radiology forwards you to labs, labs never answers and has a voicemail with no options to speak to anyone, only leave a message. Terribly unorganized.
Went to get simple blood work. 4 people plus myself waiting. Staff in back standing around and taking. No one was called back for 15 minutes. I left
Dry nice facility. The tech was very accommodating
