The Mercy West ER is a JOKE!!!! I will drive another 20 to 30 minutes to go anywhere else but here! AVOID at all costs!!
I had bladder stones removed there in 2023. They were absolutely wonderful. And they gave me all the turkey sandwiches and pop It could drink afterwards. Thank you for taking such good care of me!I had to come back today after having sharp pains in my right side. After doing some tests they determined I had a large kidney stone and some infection. They gave me some pain meds in the IV and got me feeling better in no time. Great staff and great hospital
