My family has had a terrible experience with this provider. Care partner was fabricating calls to my mother as monthly check ins. No calls were made - I requested an investigation and the area manager’s report stated and confirmed the dates the fabricated calls were supposed to have been made. Phone records were requested and it was subsequently agreed that the care partner had acted fraudulently and had not made the said check-ins despite the area manager’s findings to the contrary.
