Our elderly parents have been beautifully supported by some wonderful carers, and Christine has been a constant source of reassurance and suggestions every step of the way. Following a period of dissatisfaction with another prominent local provider, we recently switched to Mercy Health Geelong for the provision of Support at Home services for my elderly parents and we’ve been absolutely delighted with the decision! Right from the outset, Mercy’s Intake Coordinator Mel was fantastic, working tirelessly to ensure the switch was quick and painless. 5 star definitely ,should have given more if possible. Have witnessed Top notch work etiquettes from one of the care worker named Guri who help my aunt with Domestic assistance. Even when his Company phone and app was not working and could have just gone back home as he have no idea where his next job is. He make sure to come back from 45 minutes drive away to provide much needed help. My aunt was so stressed but he show up. Very hard to find workers like that these days to be honest.
