My family has had a terrible experience with this provider. Care partner was fabricating calls to my mother as monthly check ins. No calls were made - I requested an investigation and the area manager’s report stated and confirmed the dates the fabricated calls were supposed to have been made. Phone records were requested and it was subsequently agreed that the care partner had acted fraudulently and had not made the said check-ins despite the area manager’s findings to the contrary. A big thank you to the Mercy Community Care team. Both administrative and home carers have been consistently supportive and effectively responsive to the various needs of our Aunt. Leonie in admin and Suzie with care coordination have always used self initiative and great communication to resolve and organise my aunts care needs. I highly recommend Mercy Health.
