5 star definitely ,should have given more if possible. Have witnessed Top notch work etiquettes from one of the care worker named Guri who help my aunt with Domestic assistance. Even when his Company phone and app was not working and could have just gone back home as he have no idea where his next job is. He make sure to come back from 45 minutes drive away to provide much needed help. My aunt was so stressed but he show up. Very hard to find workers like that these days to be honest.

Withholds money from trades/services to businesses who complete work. Have over 5 weeks worth of invoices overdue, from multiple clients. Case Manager rude and disregarded any of my messages, rather than to contact my head office. I bet she gets paid every week on time , with no troubles. No one works for free.

Absolutely love mercy care, outstanding service in the office and new management team - Louise is absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t be more proud and privileged to be apart of mercy. Smiles and thumbs up all around

I cringe even thinking of this so called company who are meant to be providing services, but are non existent to the client. The most unprofessional agency I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rude, arrogant, condescending and unreliable.
