They are so unbelievably poorly managed at every level from Admin to upper management They employ teenagers with zero experience to look after level 4 patients.They minimise any complaint you might have and then blame you instead.They lack carers and cancel continually but will take your money anyway leaving you with less money in the package. Go elsewhere. Think of your family first.
