I would give zero stars if I could this was the most horrible experience I have ever had at an ER. The staff is rude, lazy, uncompassionate and just plain don't care. #1 they never asked me if I was on any medication and dispensed meds for me to take. I went in for a headache for a month and trouble breathing and no voice told the doctor that I have been battling sinus/respiratory issues including a round of antibiotics already but nothing was working which he ignored and sent me for a head CT to check for a brain aneurysm i... read more
Everyone was nice. I went there because the knife slipped when I was cutting vegetables and it still hurt two days later. Yes, I should have went when it happened two days prior……but once we got the blood to stop after 20 minutes, we thought, ok. It still hurt, I went. I am not sure nice equals almost $700 (yes, we have insurance). No X-ray. Tetanus shot given and told by BP was elevated. I have seen my primary care. I stated they were nice.
