A wonderful little gym, especially if you have health issues. There's not a huge amount of equipment, but all the basics are covered and you hardly ever have to wait for a machine. The staff are so friendly and upbeat, and also very kind and caring. My second week going, I got blindsided by a migraine out of nowhere while working out. The gym raised there prices and I was told they were going improve their free weights. They are missing weights and don't have a variety of different weights. They also was supposed to get a mirror. The mirror they got is a joke and they should be embarrassed by it. It's one you would put in your child's bedroom. So far no improvement but still increased the price. You can do better Cleveland clinic.
