Tech was rude. Told me they were closed. It wasn’t 4 o’clock yet, then took someone else that was walked over from the clinic!
Don’t tell people when they call that they can walk in any time. Don’t tell them that you don’t close for lunch when you do. Don’t tell them it’ll be 30 min when it’ll be 60 min that they wait. And don’t leave them sitting in the waiting room completely forgotten forcing them to ring the bell to remind you that theyre even there.
