If you're admitted to the hospital, the care is great. If you need someone to call you back or if you need Mercy to work with another healthcare provider, forget it. Extremely difficult to deal with. Zero follow up.
I went to this hospital to get X-Rays on my torso for chest pain. I was told to have a seat in which I did. After I sat for about 10 mins an older white woman walked in. (I am a black male) she complained of chest pain, she was seated for about 30 seconds before she was brought back before me. I think it’s strange 2 people can come in for the same things and one gets seen basically instantly while the other is treated as if I’m bluffing. I’m definitely suspecting racism or classism. I will never return to this hospital again... read more
