I went to the Mercy Health Enon hospital to be seen for a possible dvt in my calf. My encounters with all hospital employees was great except for Dr. Dupre. After telling him my symptoms, his bedside manner was judgemental, rushed, dismissive, disrespectful & deplorable. Explained my medical history & why I felt an ultrasound was needed instead of an x-ray. He said he could request a ultrasonographer, but it could take an hour or longer for one to arrive, emphasizing the wait would be long. Which I felt was to discourage me ... read more

Would give 0 stars if possible….rushed in and out and sent home with no resolution…and to think people without insurance have to pay for this🥴

I just had to go tonight because my brain loves to overthink when I’m sick! Even with the overthinking though, the sweet nurse and doctor still made me feel seen, heard, and reassured! They were super quick, gentle, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown to me tonight!

I wasn't looking forward to going in, nervous about what my concern was. I thought I was going to be stuck all day. They took care of me and were very kind. Dr. Smith came in quickly and ran test quickly. I had 4 nurses check in on me and do various things.. wish I remembered their names but they made it easy and comfortable. I appreciated everyone and the help they provided.
