This week, two different people needed a ride here for urgent care. In both cases, I was with the patient from the time I picked them up at their house until I returned them home. They were greeted at the entry immediately, seen by a nurse within minutes, and the doctor shortly after. We were in and out both times in less than an hour—very professional every step of the way. No complaints.
Been here several times for various reasons over the years, each time the experience has been top notch as far as hospital ER visits go. Staff is competent courteous and time efficient. Making a hospital visit as quick and easy and convenient as possible. From intake to vitals, diagnosis to discharge every aspect conducted professionally by the perspective staff members.
