Easy to find. Nice, clean facility. Got a room immediately. Pleasant staff. Completed several tests, and was advised of next steps and doctors to see. Overall a good experience.
Staff were efficient and kind
I went in to get help with an assault injury and Dr. smith basically told me “ I’m sorry we can’t help you. You have to leave! He didn’t even look at my records from when the assault happened. He was very rude and called me a drug seeker. He then left the room sent the nurse in and said I’m giving you Toradol. He completely disregarded my need for care, was very discriminatory and complete bedside matter was horrible. I will he filing a complaint.
Went while on vacation Ohio. Everyone there was great. Good service., knowledgeable, I had good stitches. Done in a timely manner.
