Went in this Thursday for X-rays for my rheumatologist and still haven't had the X-rays read. Called Friday and told would TAKE AT LEAST THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO READ. SHOULD TELL PATIENTS THIS IN BEGINNING AS I WOULD HAVE GONE TO DIFFERENT FACILITY. Radiology staff are great and professional but this hospital overall deserves a BIG FAT ZERO. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. IF I HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY WILL GO TO DIFFERENT FACILITY.
Got a CT scan and it all went well. Nurse was very friendly. Did wait a bit but that's just life.
