They're usually ok just long waits more often recently
Every time I come here the ladies at the registration- The Nurses, admin, LPNs. Etc Are ALWYAS unprofessional. They will sit in that cubical room and talk/gossip while on computers. I overheard them talking about me when I tried to explain something to my son who is 7 by the way but as the LPN was walking out the door she was irritated that I said something on how to breathe. I went in for an infection in my hand. The doctor didn't come within 5 feet of me to look at it and just ordered antibiotics never go back there again
They called me for my therapy evaluation appointment around 11am for an appointment 2:15. I showed up about 45 minutes early. Denny, the receptionist, told me I didn’t have an appointment. I insisted that I did and explained several times until I convinced him I really had a therapy evaluation. I was turned off by his lack of concern. The therapist was excellent!!!! I hope I never feel that way for an appointment again especially being in pain!
This place is a good place for urgent care and to get labs done. Ct scans cat scans, but if they get busy, they get busy, they're usually pretty good about times though
