I just had to document that stat care and Canton Ohio was very very caring and considerate. I came in 10 minutes before they were closing and they accepted me with his arms wide open. They helped me get my inhaler and I God bless those angels.
Waited over half an hour still not registered but plenty who arrived after me have already been called back. Still no good sign in procedure despite hardware sitting here for more than 2 years.
I would not recommend Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital Urgent and Outpatient Care based on repeated experiences with Dr. Thang Dang. His behavior is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He frequently sighs, appears annoyed to be seeing patients, and gives off the impression that you’re wasting his time. If I could leave a lower review than one star I would. Made an appointment ahead of time and was told I was checked in by their registration clerk. Waited over an hour to be seen, watched walk-ins get served ahead of me, and the registration clerks play on their phones plenty - just to find I had not been properly checked in as she assured me I had been. I was sent over here from our PCP because my son needs an x-ray on his abdomen. The PCP asked us to head over immediately following our appointment so she could have the results ASAP. I was told that because my seven-year-old daughter was with us. The x-ray tech couldn’t perform her duties as an x-ray technician Because my seven year-old daughter would not be able to sit in a chair outside the room unattended in the doctors office.
