The nurse was friendly and gentle with my head wound. Dr. Dang was too! I had never had a staple before (not even stitches, consciously), so when he got the staple gun out, I was terrified. He was super patient with me but he was also very quick at his service. Therefore, I didn’t have much time to panic It honestly didn’t hurt at all, I was shocked. Ive had short waiting times. The first time I didn’t wait at all to be seen. Great timing possibly. Not sure.
I had an appointment for lab work. I checked in 5 minutes ahead of my appointment time. I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time and my name was never called but people who arrived after me were called. So I went to the desk to find out why I was still waiting where I was informed that the lab was closed for the day. The system at this facility needs help. This isn’t the first time I have had waiting times long past my appointment time.
