The lack of compassion and heart! After waiting 3.75 hours in great pain and not even a kind word and NO treatment at all! Ask why so long, the receptionist told me to go sit and wait. Not even willing to listen but instead infers I am eavesdropping and proceeded to make a point that he was busy. Better chances with a witch doctor.
Dr. Hoffman did my surgery on my knee from an infection. What an impeccable job, very good attitude about his job made me feel very confident that he was doing it. I would highly recommend him to anybody and thank you for saving my leg and my life. And everything about my unexpected visit was very very professional from the bottom to the top at Boardman campus Mercy health.
