Some of their staff seem to have bad attitudes. However, all of the doctors who have served us are really kind.
I have been trying to get an itemized billing statement for over 5 wks. i have called several times and asked that the statement be sent to my home. It is for insurance reimbursement. My Chart says it was mailed out Apr 7,and guess what, i still haven't seen anything in my mailbox!!! What do you have to do to get what you want???
My granddaughter had emergency surgery and baby on Friday. I understand not giving her food on Friday. But, on Saturday, she was not fed Breakfast, not Fed lunch. WE HAD TO TAKE in food. She is trying to breastfeed. The nurses ignored her problem. The cafeteria would not answer phone so she could order. This hospital was horrible not allowing her food. I truly hope she is not charged for something she didn't get.
