Dr. Gerhard was very professional, thorough and helpful. Shout out to Jaci, x-ray technician, who was friendly and professional. Employees at Avon Podiatry were so welcoming and helpful! Another shout out to Jennifer, medical assistant, who's a great asset to this establishment!
I didn’t like the doctor he was rude. He didn’t even sit down & hear what I need it to say. 4months waiting for this appointment for nothing. Not coming back.
I love Dr. Escho! She listens to everything I have to say. Is willing to work to find a med that both works for me and I can afford. Her office calls with test results and to answer my questions ASAP. I never feel like I'm being brushed off
I actually really liked the doctors at this location however the administrative staff is incompetent to the point where I've decided to go somewhere other than Mercy altogether. They will ask that you arrive 15minutes early but will be a minimum of an hour late. Ive tried to reschedule appointments that never get rescheduled. Ive dropped off paperwork to be filled out that I check on three weeks later and hasnt been touched. And worst of all, I've talked to the management and she stands behind all of it proudly.
