Had to get a CT & MRI and it was a really lousy experience. First they played loud music and I had to have them lower it (while I was getting the MRI) then it turned out to be radio with commercials blasting in my ears every other song. Nurse should’ve been considerate enough to tell me it was radio not just music. Then when I went to change one of the nurses said “I’ll show you the way back.” But when I came out nobody was there. Charged as if a hospital when it is not! This is costing us an extra 100.00. We live in Sylvania OH and could have gone to St Anne's but didn't want to pay extra 100.00 so drove to perrysburg and still were charged extra 100.00. Treated well at facility though.
Been here a couple of times and it's clean fast and friendly staff and techs ! Definitely better than other locations
Three stars, because staff was friendly and the blood work was quick. But I’ve never bled this much before afterwards, also I’m still bruised and in pain 5 days after getting this done. I’ve gotten blood work a lot, and this is a first for me. I’ll be sticking with the perrysburg location next time.
