I was in and out in 25 minutes today. The phlebotomist got the draw on the first try which rarely happens. Won’t go to another lab. Great place!
Rude staff in my opinion.
Heads up to women of reproductive age: they’ll require a pregnancy test. The radiologist insisted on a pregnancy test before I got lumbar X-rays despite me having me sign a waiver saying l was not pregnant and despite my assurance it was not possible. They don’t have the physical tests so I had to do a blood test and wait a few hours for it to come through.
Had to get a CT & MRI and it was a really lousy experience. First they played loud music and I had to have them lower it (while I was getting the MRI) then it turned out to be radio with commercials blasting in my ears every other song. Nurse should’ve been considerate enough to tell me it was radio not just music. Then when I went to change one of the nurses said “I’ll show you the way back.” But when I came out nobody was there.
