I waited 2wks for results of my MRI of my ankle. My doctor called twice and still didn't my results. I had to call the main office and tell them about my experience for them to finally get my results. Now I have to continue to walk in pain for the weekend. The front desk was nice, but the techs were mean and did not care. I would not recommend this lab. I will never go here again.
The Mri service I had on July 9th was great. However here it is July 17th and I've have not gotten my MRI results. I called on Wednesday the 15th and they told me it takes 5 to 7 business days. I called again today and they told me they would expedite my request to top of the list and I should have results by the end of the day. Mercy my chart allowed me to sign up for a lab time 830am . I arrived as scheduled and was told by the rude man at the front desk to sign in the waiting list like everyone else . Stating " We dont have any appointments for times this is only a walk in clinic." Yet on the my chart there are multiple appointment slots to choose from . .. I arrived at 825 am. It is 8 55 am and I have still not gotten called back. I just watched 2 people scratch their names off the list
I had an MRI here on 1/8/26. The MRI and visit were fine, but later I received an $1154 radiology bill from Columbus Radiology, the company they use to read an interpret the MRI. $1154 for a task that takes about 15-30 minutes + the MRI bill, about $3000 total. Because of this, I would avoid Mercy for an MRI. I tried to investigate to see why they use this over-priced service, but was stone walled. Nobody seems to know why they use Columbus Radiology to read the MRI. Examine your options and costs in advance.
I was in and out in 25 minutes today. The phlebotomist got the draw on the first try which rarely happens. Won’t go to another lab. Great place!
