Great place to work out! This place is clean, the trainers are excellant, the services vast and well thought out. There are women's, men's and family locker rooms, tennis court, basketball court, weights, dance studio, babysitting for the kids, indoor track, outdoor track, and an indoor pool, including a heated therapy pool. PROS: CONS: really expensiveÂ
Terrible customer service and management They need to instill a good training for staff, front desk is on the phone all the time when you need to pull a voucher, they ignore your existence. Group class is so crowded they put up signs that members are not allowed to come in way before class is to start, or even hand out chips to the lucky ones who had to wait in line way earlier. The management is hard to reach, you are asked to put in comments but don't expect anybody is going to get back to you. The VP basically is saying "... read more
