If zero stars were an option that is what this ER would receive. My husband went in hoping for an MRI of his back to take to his VA appointment instead they had a 35 year old Iraq vet in tears. He specifically stated he needed a steroid shot and and MRI and instead they treated him with disrespect and he heard them speaking outside his door that it was too expensive and to let the VA deal with it. Shame on his treating physician and the nurses who told him “we’re not trying to be a-holes” as he was in tears unable to walk.
