made my first appointment and called to cancel the appointment because I received an email that they changed the LOCATION of my appointment without a phone call. I'm not one to check my email but glad I did.
I have been a patient of Dr. Matheson for over twenty years and cannot say enough wonderful things about him. When an emergency came up recently and Dr. Matheson was unavailable, Dr. Dbouk stepped in, got me in right away, and delivered that exact same high level of compassionate, attentive care from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice!
As a first time patient with Dr.Dbouk, I was made to feel welcome and he was very good at explaining my diagnosis and what the course of action he planned to take to help fix the problem. I would definitely refer him to friends and family.
Met the nurse practitioner . She was friendly, but I felt she was hurried . She never bothered to send the lab aa prescription for blood work . Was definitely not what I had expected . I miss Dr. Taylor Dr. Mendoza my internist was kind to write a prescription to the lab at Sheffield . Thank you Dr. Mendoza 🙏
