My mum is in rehabilitation. And I find the staff friendly and helpful
The staff at Mercy Palliative Care Albury took such great care of my dad in his final week. Not only did they look after dad they looked after our family as well never making us feel unwelcome or in the way and allowing us to stay overnight. Dad was never alone between family and staff, his pain was well managed, he was comfortale and staff were kind to us all. Losing dad has been the worst experience of my life but I take comfort in the care and support he received here.

My Mother spent 1 month at the GEM unit in Albury 2 years ago I saw the reviews were mixed so sorry for how late this review is but I hope someone finds it helpful. I thought I was losing my Mama. She was 84 and her familial tremor was progressing. A new neurologist put her on some meds which seemed to make her worse and within a couple weeks, she went from bad (difficulty getting a spoon to her mouth, most fine motor skills were troublesome but her ability to communicate as the tremor reached her voice box was terribly depr... read more
Terrible, i was unplugging some cords in the patients room to plug in my phone charger and for some reason there was this annoying beeping sound that was continuous, it happened in every single room! Would not recommend
