Always friendly and helpful.
Terrible place. Waited TWO MONTHS! Just for an appointment, then got a call because the doctor was out so needed to reschedule. Then waited another almost TWO MONTHS! and guess what? Got a call today the doctor is no longer working there and the doctor that was supposed to see me to take his place can’t see me. Now they’re telling me there no appointments available in Lorain. Love how they treat healthcare like a joke as if people can just afford this at anytime or peoples health.
I have had Melissa Francis CNP as my primary care provider for years now. She goes above and beyond to listen to me to care about me I feel like I am one of the family. Anyone needing or looking for a provider in healthcare please start here she is amazing her staff is amazing Pam is a great asset to the group.. I'm at the doctor's quite often so she has seen me in various states of condition and she has been there for me like no other provider in my 57 years of life. the wait time is minimum the care is top notch. I’ve always had a good experience in previous visits but this time has me very frustrated and upset. I saw Dr. Kwan yesterday morning, had x-rays and it’s a day and a half later and still no results. No idea if there’s a serious issue with either my arm or back that I injured when I slipped and fell on black ice. When I’ve messages in mychart, the responses from staff are clipped “no results yet well let you know.” If they don’t have enough staff to cover when Dr. Kwan is out to give results then don’t offer walk in services... read more
