I took my one month old here when she forcefully vomited all over me, and then continued to vomit up bile (not good). The nurses were fine, the front dear security guy was fine, but the doctor they came in just looked at me like I was crazy. I was nursing her when he came in because she literally had nothing in her stomach and was pitching a fit. He comes in, and says “well it looks like she’s eating just fine, so what’s going on” and I explained to him what happened, and he said “well, babies spit up and that’s very normal ... read more

The doctor and nurses were fine but I had a strange experience with the receptionist. This frumpy blonde older woman who works reception came looking for me in the back while I was still with the doctor. She told me that I owed 300.00 and I needed to pay it right away. It sounded suspicious because my insurance co pay is 125.00 for ER visits. I found out later she didn't even run it through the insurance. One of our pharmacist in town had the same experience. The frumpy blonde came looking for her while she was with the doct... read more

Following up on my sisters strange experience where this woman was claiming she owed 300 right away. I spike with others about this and they had almost exact same experience. So I called to ask what thos was about. The woman said it's a copay but the very definition of copay is what you owe after it's submitted to insurance. But they never submitted it to insurance. And everyone seems to be told the same price and its clearly not going through insurance. I don't know what kind of new scam they got going over there but watch ... read more
