Good place to go and have blood drawn. They are professional and tell you what they are doing the whole time.
My experience with this place was unprofessional to say the least. There seemed to be a disconnect from the back, (patient and treatment rooms) to the front where all aspects of my treatments should have documented as was applied in the treatment room and discussed. It resulted in miscommunication between me and the office. Regarding payment, scheduling, and treatments. Beware of this place! We went for a preventative skin check and over $100 later (with insurance), I found out they don't code a annual checkup like that to insurance! So be prepared to pay for a non-routine visit!
TERRIBLE OFFICE lost records, LEFT in pain for months, DR/NURSE cancel appointments often. Nurse Mary is RUDE and very untrustworthy with personal information. I would recommend ANY other physician within the clinic BUT this one. And if possible GO TO JANESVILLE. Limited Family Dr's in this practice you will have to see a NP. Mercy itself is great BUT this physician can improve and attitude in this field is a big part of how well you do your job.
Dr. Hartlaub is a very caring, compassionate and dedicated doctor. He takes the time to listen. Excellent doctor and wonderful person!
The renovations really helped me find what I was looking for, it's a very beautiful Clinic!
