I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding a series of issues related to my son's recent and past visits to your Mercy GoHealth facility. On Friday night (September 27), my son began experiencing a high fever and sore throat. Given his history with strep throat, we waited and brought him to your urgent care on Sunday as we know how a test can come back negative if it’s too soon.
