If I could give 0 stars I would. NP S Dobsch was rude and dismissive. The nurses/tech were kind and tried to advocate for me but the NP just yelled at me for talking to the nurse. I left in tears. I WILL never return. Please don’t go if you want good healthcare
Went in for an X-ray on my wrist and was told nothing was fractured or broken by Russ at union urgent care. Days following still with severe wrist pain got a second opinion from a non mercy facility and was immediately told that I in fact did break the ulnar styloid bone in my wrist.
