I made an appointment for 2 o’clock today. I waited about an hour to get in and there was only one other girl I front of me and soon after another man. The girl went in. She was in there for like five minutes and left. The guy got his money back and left because of the wait. The nurse was really amazing and went through everything with me when I did get back there, then I went into the exam room where I waited and waited and I finally went out because I knew nobody else was there. I went in because I sliced my finger while cooking and couldn't stop the bleeding. I had a positive experience with this urgent care for the following reasons: 1) Short wait time. 2) Ease of completing paperwork. 3) The reason for my visit was adequately address. 4) Staff was friendly and helpful.
Went to this place on Saturday for a horrible cough I had had for 3 days. The nurse was fantastic but the doctor didn't listen to me at all when I advised when I have had these symptoms in the past that I have had to have a stronger treatment then just nasal spray and a cough med. So here I am now in the middle of the night coughing so bad I can't stop and looking at spending another $200 to go back as I have a high deductible insurance plan.
