The whole staff was very nice and compassionate & they didn’t treat me like a number. And I didn’t have to wait long. When I don’t feel well to begin with, having the staff be kind is very important.

I went to this facility in Bella Vista, gave all my insurance information with pictures front and back as what is required with there check in and paid my $45 copay. 1 week later I find a charge for $80 and was told that they didn't run through my insurance and after calling was told it would be 30 to 45 days to get refunded. This is ridiculous!

Signed in at 8:15am and my daughter's appointment was at 8:45am. We were sitting in the for almost 45 minutes and I went up to ask when will we go back and they just said, WELL she is signed in very rudely. I look over and the provider was sitting there for over 20 minutes eating their food and not doing anything. Please eat you food before you come to work, so you can do your job and help people, besides eating and doing nothing. You open at 8am, so let's please do better.

Only leaving a review to let others know that they do not perform rib/ chest xrays here. I specifically told them upon checking in that I thought I had a broken rib; I know there is nothing you can do about it but I wanted to make sure there were no other injuries. My copay was taken and I waited an hour and 15 minutes total before being examined and told I should go to the ER.
