Doctor was rude, argued with me that I didn’t have a GP and refused to look at my problem. Don’t use them if you need a referral to a specialist, they won’t do it.
The receptionist was very sweet through the entire experience. The doctor was concerned and honest about not being able to help me with what I needed. He sent me to follow up with the emergency room and called it in, helping my wait time at the hospital.
Went there for “urgent care” from a fall, hobbled in to be told I need to make an appointment on line (website states walk ins welcome) she booked me in for an appointment that would be 2.5 hours wait so we left and went to a real walk in urgent care who looked after me right away.
The staff was professional and very polite and very caring.
Always takes such a long time. Made an appointment and have been waiting for 45 minutes and still haven’t been seen. When I brought my kiddo in for a rash the doctor didn’t know what was wrong with them and basically just said keep an eye on it. The office is clean and the receptionist is nice but dang.. been waiting forever
