No one was rushed. The people I dealt with listened and asked pertinent questions. Tim was very helpful, as were the woman who took the x-rays. I'm sorry, I don't remember everyones' names. I have to say that I didn't expect such thoughtful attention at an Urgent Care clinic. This was the first time I went to a Mercy clinic, and apparently, that makes a huge difference.
They were very prompt.. the staff was friendly.. and I had no weight.. they addressed all my questions and concerns..
I rate a 10 outta 10. Awesome care. Very informational. Very professional. Answered questions I had. The staff has always been professional and I didnt feel rush rush. Its my family's go to for minor emergencies instead of spending hours sitting in a waiting room to be seen.
The whole staff was efficient , friendly and attentive. I would recommend.
The nurses and techs were able to deal with my mom who was having some difficulties due to Alzheimer's. They were able to get her cooperation for exam and X-rays. Thanks for the help at a stressful time!
