Doctor was rude and rushing me. Not sure if it's the language barrier or if she doesn't pay attention when others speak but the doctor was very unprofessional. The rest of the staff seemed friendly though

Came in today around 4:30 1/28/2026 was greeted with a very nasty attitude from the receptionist not sure her name lady with braids please do better was extremely rude and unprofessional! Also barely knew what she was doing instead of asking for help from a coworker she assumes and information was not correct just very mean all together ! Considering people come to urgent care due to not feeling well we don’t deserve to be treated that way ! the experience afterwards from the nurses and doctors were great !

AVOID. Service was slow, billing was confusing. I had service in June, 2925. I paid on the spot. Three months later I got a bill. I called and the customer service rep apologized and said they’d take care of it. Three months later I get an email from a bill collector. Zero communication in between. Called again requesting a detailed itemization. They charged twice for an xray-identical line item, same code. Disorganized, sloppy and dishonest. On top of an unpleasant visit that was much longer than it needed to be.
