I was visiting from out of town and wasn't feeling well. The last thing I wanted to do was go to urgent care. A friend recommended that I go to this particular one and i must say it was a really great experience. Everyone was very nice , I didn't have to wait, the doctor and medical assistant were professional, everything went very smoothly - this was totally the opposite of what I expected because of stories that I had heard. May everyone feel well, but in case of illness, this is the place to go.
Mercy-Go is a great option when you need to seek medical attention right away. I was surprised to know that they can do x-ray imaging right there in the clinic.
I came in with issues of a harsh cough, and congestion. Dr. Kluttz, and his medical assistant Kaci were phenomenal getting to the bottom of exactly what was causing my illness. A variety of test was ran which all concluded negative. Dr. Kluttz recommended alternative solutions just to ease my pains, and coughs. Service was efficient, and fair quickly with dedicated care.
