Terrible customer service. Front desk ladies are extremely rude and unprofessional. Waited 30 minutes to be checked in, despite having an appointment. I would recommend a different urgent care.

Front desk lady not very friendly. I want there because I've been sick for 2 weeks had a low temp. They overloooked pnemonia and didn't even bring it up when I had wheezing. I had to go to another urgent care to figure this out 4 days later Don't go here it's a waste of time plus they take your debit card and we're trying g to charge me $250 for 2 tests. Be careful here. The nurse lady who did my tests was so sweet the main nurse practioner was okay kind of crabby.
I made an appointment from my cell phone and was in the office within a couple hours. The facility was very nice, and everyone was so nice and helpful.
