I waited under 5 minutes to be seen, but I couldn’t be seen until 5:30 - and I scheduled the appointment either the night before or the morning of. Scheduling on their website is an absolute must!! The N.P., Teresa, who treated me was quick, but not rushed & she explained treatment/medications clearly, but not condescendingly. There is a nationwide shortage of medical professionals in all medical settings including Urgent Care Clinics, which makes it increasingly more difficult to staff these clinics. Fast and friendly
Seemed the majority of people there were not emergencies. Cop had to kick a guy out. Would have been nice if there was a place to charge my phone since I was there 7 hours.
