I understand that things happen and i’m completely understanding of being delayed. what i’m not understanding of is getting to my appointment at the exact time, 12:00 and there are still 6 patients in front of me with only one provider seeing people. at 12:30 they had another provider seeing people, but there are still 4 people in front of me. i feel like most times i go to these mercy urgent cares they have you make an appointment that is almost never upheld.
The absolute worst Mercy clinic in NWA. The women working there are unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They treat you as if you’re a massive inconvenience interrupting their girl time and not an actual patient. They discuss the patients with each other making every patient’s medical information known to the entire clinic. They also discuss the patients amongst themselves. I think your care depends on their personal opinions on you not your actual symptoms. Use the one on college in Fayetteville.
