Not ideal to take your toddler unless an emergency. Took my daughter for ear pain. They said it was swimmers ear prescribed a drop that my pediatrician later said isn’t one she would use. My daughter was on the drops for a week her ear was constantly leaking fluid so now we’re on antibiotics for a possible ear drum rupture. My pediatrician couldn’t even see inside her ear. Very angry and upset.
Terrible - 1 star for getting antibiotics to treat strep. NP told us we needed to go to the ER for CT scan because of pain in my husband’s back (he expressed pain everywhere). Told us he could have an aorta detachment and he could die instantly. I asked because his back hurt? She even responded with a jester of a swipe across her neck…saying dead. Painless & quick in-and-out experience at this location, always!
I was checked in & had my diagnosis in a short amount of time, a prescription was sent to my pharmacy & I was on my way in approximately 30-45 minutes.
I was charged and brought into the exam room. After vitals the provider came in and told me to go to the ER. No help was offered to me not even a shot for nasuea. Just for "seeing" the provider they kept my money and will not issue a refund.
