I liked this urgentcare facility. Always easy to check in, prompt to be seen, and diagnosis is spot on. Thank you for taking care of me.
The person who welcomed me was very kind and she was very helpful. The doctor I had was also very nice and helpful as well! Y'all were great at assisting me and if I'm ever in need of urgent care again I will make sure to visit!
Got in & out quickly & very convenient to where I live. Much better than going to see my doctor at Mercy in Rogers.
I am reluctant to say Arkansas beats most things in California where I used to live however, so far everything does. Like walk-in Urgent Care at Mercy Health. Yup. Came in on a Sunday, easy peasy sign in and Angie started care with me right away. Got the X-rays and a few short minutes later the (cutest ever) radiologist came to have a very understandable discussion of the possibilities. I felt heard and understood by the friendliest professionals. You can trust them.
