The two ladies at the desks I really liked the lady in the first desk she had glasses and she helped me when I had trouble
The doctor here referred me to the ER. When I got to the ER they said that the gash on my head is superficial enough to heal on my own. How can the ER doctor tell me that by looking at it and not the urgent care doctor? Make it make sense
I appciated the positive workers. The lady who checked me in has a gift,ablecvto put patients at ease. She had only worked 3 months. The P. A. Was spot on. She asked the right questions. I felt she spent plenty of time with me. She made sure I understood the treatment plan. Answered all questions. My suggestion to improve the patient care is to not send cultures to a reference lab! They should be done at a Mercy Hospital's lab, microbiology. Waiting additional time to identify pathogens ,long turn around time can be detrimen... read more
