I dropped by this location yesterday after having issues for over a week with congestion. Finally decided to be seen after I blew my nose and my ears popped and I lost my balance. Was seen quickly, and by quickly I mean that someone came in and took my blood pressure/oxygen, did not temp me, did not listen to my breathing - just glanced into my ears and told me that they looked “fine” and that I just had allergies!? I had a horribly swollen cheek from an abscess and i needed help. I arrived at the Mercy urgent care and within 10 mins i was signed in and in a room. The NP Ashleigh Bragg was phenomenal! She explained everything as she was doing it and the best part she was honest! That made the process so much less stressful for me. I appreciate her and all the staff! Thank you!
Friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and helpful, and saw us right away for an X-ray and splint even though it was 20 minutes before closing.Highly recommend this urgent care!
Best Urgent Care experience of my life. It was so fast! I did a pre check in, and then arrived a few minutes late for my appointment and they seated to a room right away! Then another minute goes by and a team of a tech and PA come in to help me. They were quick and polite. After getting the test results which was relatively quick too. My scripts were sent my pharmacy and I didn't have to settle up or anything. Just walked right out. Compared to other UCs in the area this one wins everything!
