I would recommend this place, as an alternative for minor things that don't need an emergency room, but need quick attention. We have hardly ever had a wait in the two times we have been here. Over all attentiveness to my daughter and focus on her confort and making sure she was okay. Thank you. Depends on who is working. But otherwise, not bad!
Very easy to schedule an appointment online for the same day. There was little wait time upon arrival. Successfully removed earwax! Good service. I had a little trouble finding the clinic. FYI.... It is adjacent to the Dierbergs on Hwy K in O'Fallon!
The facility was clean and very efficient. The staff was so kind and compassionate.
Friendly people working there. Quick and effective care. Excellent experience.
