This was the second time I visited this location for the same issue. One of the female staff members was very short and quick to answer without listening to the full question. A male staff member rudely gave the directive for my 16 year old to put her phone down as she was speaking to him, but not realizing she was using her phone to show pictures of her chief Complaint. Made an appointment online and was taken in right away. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional.
I went on line to set up appointment. I was able to get in immediately. The staff was great and I actually was able to see Dr. Schlautman. My own Dr. was booked 2 months out. I would highly recommend and will use again.
The gentleman who was the nurse practitioner listened to me and recommended for me to see a urologist which I have and they are addressing my issue.
