Best urgent care experience of my life. Possibly best medical care experience I've had overall. Made an appt in the middle of the night, showed up first thing in the morning, then seen almost immediately. Super friendly staff, clean, reasonable across the board. Super legit and kind of blown away given how incredibly bad most urgent care experiences are.
The whole staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My wait time was 10min. I am very thankful
Dr Miller used an AI app on his phone to listen to the whole visit and then write up my discharge notes. He told me about it without using the term AI, until I specifically asked. I had to say 4 things to consent, but when I paused, he said it would take much longer if he didn’t use it. I was feeling terrible and didn’t want to be a squeaky wheel, so what was I going to do?
