Clinic was expedient and doc was professional and attentive.
I was suffering from hives and itching for past 2 weeks. Doctor's explanation was satisfactory and prescribed medicine. I am feeling better with the first dose. Experience with Physician, front desk person and nurse was good. They answered patiently for my questions.
Best urgent care! Sign up online - easy check in. Clean and spacious waiting area. They’re prompt with the intake and the doc or NP comes right away! Troy was awesome and thorough with his diagnosis and treatment. Very educational and good bedside manners! He loves questions too and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. He has such great energy. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to!
I have came here with my children multiple times. The people are nice and we never had issues with the location. Although billing is a different situation. They have tried to charge me for bills that should be ran through insurance first. I keep receiving bills but can never reach anyone to tell them to run it through the insurance as that will cover it.
